By downloading or using Orbly Match, you agree to the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.
1. License
We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reverse engineer or distribute the App without permission.
2. In-App Purchases
The App offers optional purchases such as coin packs, "Remove Ads" and a starter bundle. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store; pricing, billing and refunds are subject to Apple’s terms.
3. Advertising
The free version of the App contains ads. Certain rewards may require watching an ad. Ads are served by third-party networks and we are not responsible for their content.
4. Virtual Items
Virtual items such as coins and lives have no real monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and can only be used within the App. You receive a limited right to use them, not ownership.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in a way that harms the integrity of the service (cheating, abuse, unauthorized access, etc.).
6. Intellectual Property
All rights, title and interest in the App (including graphics, code, trademarks and content) belong to Orbly and/or its licensors and are protected by copyright and related laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free and we are not liable for indirect damages.
8. Changes and Termination
We may update the App and these terms from time to time, and may change or discontinue certain features. Updated terms take effect once published on this page.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are subject to the competent courts and enforcement offices in Türkiye.
