The data controller is the App’s developer, Orbly LLC (Orbly). You can reach us at info@orblygames.com.

2. Data We Collect

Orbly Match does not require an account and does not directly request or store personal information such as your name, email or location on our servers. As stated on the App Store privacy label, the developer does not collect data from this app.

Your game progress (levels, stars, coins, collection, etc.) is stored locally on your device only.

3. Third-Party Services

The App is free and contains advertising. Third-party services such as Google AdMob may be used to serve ads. These services may process device identifiers (e.g. advertising ID) to deliver and measure ads under their own privacy policies.

In-app purchases are handled through the Apple App Store; your payment details are processed by Apple and are not visible to us.

4. Purposes of Processing

• Operating the App and providing the gameplay experience
• Serving ads and sustaining the App
• Completing in-app purchase transactions
• Debugging and improving service quality

5. Legal Bases

Any limited data processed by third parties is handled based on the performance of a contract, the legitimate interests of the data controller (provided your fundamental rights are not overridden), and, where required, your explicit consent, in accordance with Article 5 of the KVKK.

6. Your Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed
• Request information if it has been processed
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
• Request erasure or destruction within the conditions set by law
• Object to a result against you produced solely by automated analysis
• Claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing

7. Security and Retention

Because we store no personal data on our servers, your game data stays on your device and is removed when you delete the App. Data stored by third-party services is subject to their own retention and security policies.

8. International Transfers

Third parties providing ads and purchases may process data on servers located abroad. Such transfers take place under those providers’ privacy policies and applicable law.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page and the "Last updated" date changes accordingly.
